Started by Chesapeake’s young professionals Cynthia Alfaro & Bassam Tarbush, Next Up Collaborative’s mission is to move Montgomery County forward as a community to meet the interests and needs of young professionals and generations to come.
We focus on the general progress of our County, both socially and economically. We educate and empower members on a variety of key issues that impact the County and offer them the opportunity to be strong and informed advocates.
Next Up Collaborative will create an intergenerational dialogue to develop true understanding about millennials and our priorities at the County level.
